The Cooperative held its 11th Annual General Meeting in NAMA Conference Room, Minna Airport, Niger State on the 25th of January, 2025.
It had invited guests from its sister Cooperative, ASCTCS and officials from the Ministry of Trade, Investment and Industry.

Officials from Wema Bank were invited to make a presentation on their flagship product "Coophub" which seeks to simplify cooperative operations and provide easy access to members to view their profile.
The Cooperative was 86 member strong spanning from various airports including Minna,Port Harcourt, Abuja, Jos, Lagos, Makurdi, Bayelsa, Ibadan...

The Cooperative's financial statement for the year under review, declared 4.1% dividend for members and N31,325 for Venture shareholders of N60,000 shares only.
